BLS private pay service fees are listed below and range from $35-$200/hr. The rate is based on the clinical years of experience and certifications that each clinician has acquired throughout their professional journey. Included is a link to each of their profiles on our website that further detail their areas of expertise. Individual, Couples, & Family Counseling
PhD & Licensed Counselors/Therapists: $175/hr for individual or $200/hr for couples/families:
- Dr Michele Parker LMFT – Telehealth only on Fridays and Saturdays
PhD or Licensed Counselors/Therapists: $150/hr for individual or $175 for couples/families:
- Jenna Sneads LMFT – WAITLIST – Telehealth only – Monday and Wednesday mornings/lunch. Accepts CIGNA, BCBS, and UHC/Optum
- Karen Gibbons LMHC – WAITLIST – Clients Open to Telehealth Only. Mon-Thurs scheduling. Accepts Aetna, BCBS, CHP, and UHC/Optum.
- Faith Mostella Morgan LCSW – WAITLIST – Monday through Friday 9:30-6:30 PM. Accepts CHP, Aetna, CIGNA, BCBS, UHC/Optum
Registered Interns that are Doctoral Candidates: $100/hr for individuals or $125 for couples/families
- Crystal Marroquin RMFTI – Mon afternoons/evening and Wed mornings. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Registered Counselors/Therapists: $80/hr for individuals or $100/hr for couples/families (if applicable)
- Tia Balthrop RSWCI – Tues morning, Wed afternoon, and Thurs all day (telehealth only on Thursdays). Onsite sessions $100/hr.

BLS Community Clinic: $35/hr
Collegiate student interns who are getting their Masters degree in a field such as Art Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Music Therapy, etc. While not considered an official medical/mental health service, they are under supervision and an alternative/affordable option for certain low risk needs.
Art Therapist: $150 for individuals or $175 for families

Senior Registered Dietitians – 3+Yrs Experience: $150/hr
*Clients with disordered eating are encouraged to do a 90-minute initial nutrition assessment ($225).

In order to proceed with nutrition services with a CHP provider, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Check your CHP benefit plan to ensure you have nutrition benefits.
- Obtain prior authorization from CHP. The referral must be made by your Primary Care Doctor or attending medical doctor. Therefore, please call your doctor’s office to request the following for CHP Prior Authorization:
- CHP prior authorization must be submitted electronically (via the TTAP system) by your doctor’s office recommending patient for a medical nutrition therapy assessment and medical nutritional follow up services with us. The information they need for the prior auth is below:
