BLS Recovery Center is in network with CIGNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC (Optum), AETNA, and Capital Health Plan. With Tricare, we are a Certified Non-Participating Provider for the PHP/IOP programs. BLSRC is continually working to expand our contracts with insurance payers so we can serve more members in the community. Single-case agreements for IOP/PHP are considered if your insurance company is willing to cover your care with us. We are happy to run a benefits check to determine what your policy/plan will pay for services.
The private pay rate for a full Eating Disorder assessment (including a 45 minute phone intake, administration of the Eating Disorder Inventory-3, and a 90 minute face-to-face clinical and nutritional assessment) is $250 for adults and $325 for adolescents. The private pay rate for a Behavorial Health Assessment (non-ED) is $200 for adults and $250 for adolescents.
Follow up appointments (each 60 minutes) range from $100 – $150 per session. There are payment plans available depending on the level of care recommended by our Clinical Director following the assessment.
