BLS private pay service fees are listed below and range from $50-$200/hr. The rate is based on the clinical years of experience and certifications that each clinician has acquired throughout their professional journey. Included is a link to each of their profiles on our website that further detail their areas of expertise. Individual, Couples, & Family Counseling
PhD & Licensed Counselors/Therapists: $175/hr for individual or $200/hr for couples/families:

*Clients with disordered eating are encouraged to do a 90-minute initial nutrition assessment ($225).

In order to proceed with nutrition services with a CHP provider, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Check your CHP benefit plan to ensure you have nutrition benefits.
- Obtain prior authorization from CHP. The referral must be made by your Primary Care Doctor or attending medical doctor. Therefore, please call your doctor’s office to request the following for CHP Prior Authorization:
- CHP prior authorization must be submitted electronically (via the TTAP system) by your doctor’s office recommending patient for a medical nutrition therapy assessment and medical nutritional follow up services with us. The information they need for the prior auth is below:
