The R.E.A.L. Me Project

BLS Owner, Danielle Shelton, has created the R.E.A.L. Me Project to educate our community about mental health struggles, resources available for those suffering, and to help family and friends of those struggling so that they may know how to help them. R.E.A.L. stands for:

Respect yourself

Eliminate your fears

Affirm and empower yourself

Learn the tools to overcome
