I received both my BSW (2022) and MSW (2023) at FSU. I have been a part of the TMH Animal Therapy community for two years and have experience in community and medical behavioral health. Integrating therapy and animals is my passion and I love fostering the human-animal bond through animal assisted psychotherapy.

Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked with a variety of populations with varying challenges. These challenges include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and panic disorder. I enjoy working with clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ population, women, young adults and teenagers. I enjoy using components and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also offer Animal Assisted Therapy with my certified therapy dog Leo. If what I offer sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out and connect! I look forward to helping you grow.
