Intake Coordinator
As the Client Intake Coordinator, Nichole initiates and forms lasting relationships with prospective clients helping them understand our services and how we can actively meet their needs in their journey to recovery. She’ll serve as the client’s liaison throughout the treatment plan, making sure the plan put in place by the care team is working effectively for all parties. Nichole wants clients to feel confident when seeking help and to know that they have a trusted partner in BLS.
Nichole has her Bachelors Degree in Marketing and brings 13+ years experience in recruiting with an emphasis in “match-making” and customer service.
