Maynor received his Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Education Specialist degrees in Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Florida State University. His personal approach encompasses techniques and skills from solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy. Maynor is passionate about working with the neurodivergent community and with individuals who belong to marginalized populations. Additionally, he also has experience working with young adults, students, BIPOC, and the LGBTQIA+ communities. His specialties include working with individuals who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, OCD, and addiction.
