Lauren earned her Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Lauren has experience working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and racial-ethnic backgrounds experiencing a variety of presenting concerns.

Lauren has a passion for working with individuals and couples experiencing issues with communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, sexuality, and various mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression. If you choose to work with Lauren, you will find her approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and experiential as she supports you in your journey of healing and growth.
