- 24 tart-sized pastry crusts
- 1.5 cups key lime juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 splash vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degree Farenheit
- Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, and lime juice in a large bowl. Stir well.
- Pour mixture into individual pie crusts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow Pies to cool in the fridge while preparing the whipping cream.
- Combine heavy whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium-sized bowl. Use a fork or whisk to mix until the whipped cream is soft and fluffy (about 5-10 minutes).
- Slice lime into wedges.
- Top each pie with a dollop of whipped cream and a slice of lime.
