BLS Recovery Center is in network with CIGNA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC (Optum), AETNA, and Capital Health Plan. With Tricare, we are a Certified Non-Participating Provider for the PHP/IOP programs. BLSRC is continually working to expand our contracts with insurance payers so we can serve more members in the community. Single-case agreements for IOP/PHP are considered if your insurance company is willing to cover your care with us. We are happy to run a benefits check to determine what your policy/plan will pay for services.
The private pay rate for our 2-part Clinical Assessment is $300. Nutrition Assessments are $150 if recommended by program manager (mandatory for Eating Disorder Evaluations). Follow up appointments (60 minutes) are $150 per session.
BLS Recovery Center offers prorated sessions, payment plans, and sliding scale discounts depending on the level of care/services recommended by our Clinical Director following the assessment.
