Andrea holds a master’s degree in counseling and education specialist from Florida State University. She has worked in non-profit organizations and correctional facilities, assisting adolescents with addictions and clients who have suicidal ideation. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ages, taking a person-centered approach and collaborating to create a treatment plan that incorporates skills and resources tailored to the client’s needs. Andrea believes in meeting clients where they are by presenting herself honestly and authentically as a resource to help them build greater awareness of their strengths and abilities, thus improving their confidence in healthy ways and increasing coping skills
