My name is Tyler Hall. I am a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) and an Associate Marriage and Family Therapy Therapist (AMFT), and am excited to work with individuals, couples, or families in need of help. I have an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi, and am a PhD candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy at Florida State University.

I love the mental and relational health fields, and have felt very fulfilled being able to help others find healing and peace in their individual lives and in their relationships. I have seen clients with a wide range of struggles, including depression, anxiety, OCD, borderline personality disorder, trauma and PTSD, relationship distress, affairs, parenting difficulties, divorce, and more. My work with clients varies depending on what type of client comes in, but broadly speaking, I believe in a two-pronged approach that includes the development of practical skills, and addressing the root of the problem. For examples, in couple’s therapy I will help you learn practical communication skills, but I will also address the deeper patterns and emotional experiences behind the distress. Regardless of what treatment interventions I use, however, my goal is to create an environment of empathy, safety, and trust for each client.
