BLS has teamed up with Journeys in Yoga and Sweat Therapy to create a safe, healthy atmosphere to explore movement and breath, while encouraging and supporting the sense of connection that develops naturally between students, teachers and the community.
We offer private and group classes with a BLS team member and our Community Wellness/Fitness Professional to help bridge the gap between therapeutic assistance and independence within your community.
