Danielle is a Certified Eating Disorder Creative Arts Therapist and Board Certified Music Therapist. In 2013, she developed BLS in efforts to provide a comprehensive and collaborative approach amongst outpatient providers in order to help those struggling with eating disorders pursue a full recovery. Along the journey, BLS expanded to offer similar services to people struggling with other types of mental health illness as well.

Danielle not only provides direct Music Therapy services at BLS for all ages, she also coordinates care to ensure each client’s needs are met, provides education and support tools to clients and their families, and organizes treatment team meetings and all scheduling for the IOP and PHP eating disorder programs at BLS.

Danielle believes that the overall mission of BLS is to help each person develop an individual treatment plan to achieve wellness and balance in their life. Each provider on the BLS team is licensed in the state of Florida, participates regularly in continuing education opportunities, and upholds their own specialized certifications in order to provide our clients with the utmost professional and quality care.

Prior to the establishment of BLS, Danielle served as the Clinical Director and Quality Assurance Coordinator of a full residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient program for treatment of eating disorders.
